  • Vendors will Receive (1) Vehicle Pass & (2) Weekend Wristbands per space that are REQUIRED for Entry.

  • No Vendor Locations Can Be Guaranteed: All spaces & locations may change due to fairground changes, weather, or other circumstances.

  • Leaving Used Tires Behind or Hazardous Materials of Any Kind May Result in Fines for disposal, Loss of Spaces, Refusal of Future Admittance, or Even Possible Prosecution.

  • Any Vendor Caught Acting Inappropriately, Threating Others, or Stealing may be Reprimanded, Removed, Banned from Future Events, or Prosecuted for Their Actions.

  • Vendors Can Pay Using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Money Orders, Checks or Cash for future show renewals.

  • Vendors Must Have Ohio Transient Vendor License.  Applications available at Vendor Office weekend of the event. (Canfield show only)

 

ACCIDENTS, DAMAGE, LOSS BY FIRE, THEFT OR OTHER CAUSE

  • Dave & Ed's Super Auto Events assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss by fire, theft or any other cause whatsoever.

  • Vendors and spectators use the facilities at their own risk and agree to indemnify and save harmless Dave & Ed's Super Auto Events, its agents and employees from any loss or liability including but not limited to costs of defense, arising from participation at events conducted by Dave & Ed's Super Auto Events and/or held at the Canfield Mahoning County or Stark County Fairgrounds.

  • Vendors will indemnify and save harmless Dave & Ed's Super Auto Events for any such loss or liability arising from conduct of any vendor toward another vendor or the public.
